Jaw-dropping location next to a beautiful frozen lake with amazing views of the stars and northern lights. Super cozy cabins with comfortable beds and a heater that works well. Mind-blowing saunas and a cozy fireplace for everyone to hang out and meet new people. The philosophy of self-cleaning and sharing spaces suited me well. The staff was super kind and helpful, and the owners really made us feel at home. an unforgettable experience in a family-run camp with breathtaking scenery and fantastic facilities. Can't wait to come back!

Very nice location by a beautiful lake, surrounded by trees. Stayed in a cozy, warm bungalow with ample parking. Staff alerted us to the amazing aurora. Enjoyed a free sauna and fluffy towels. Great value for money.

Great place to relax and unwind. Lovely views of the surrounding nature. The owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The cottage had all the necessary amenities and the sauna was a nice bonus. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the ice hotel and other attractions. The free use of the rowing boat and grill made our stay even more enjoyable.

No running water in the cabins, but this was expected. Restrooms were not in the cabins, but it was not a major inconvenience.

A huge thank you to the friendly and helpful staff at Camp Alta. We stayed one night in a cabin by the lake and despite the lack of a toilet, the separate facilities were clean and convenient. The newly renovated kitchen was a bonus. The location was stunning, with beautiful views, peaceful surroundings, and the added benefit of a sauna by the lake. The staff went above and beyond, offering great service and replacing equipment without hesitation. Highly recommended!

The location by the lake was absolutely stunning, especially during the winter season. We were lucky enough to have a view of the snow-covered landscape right outside our cabin. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with transfers after our taxi got cancelled. This made our stay much more convenient and stress-free.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved. the amenities in the cabin were lacking.

The cabins were cozy and had everything we needed. The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We loved the husky tour and the snowmobile tour to the ice hotel.

The toilet in the bungalow was outside and not ideal. , the airport transfer was late and the driver was rude.

Incredible staff, Senna was amazing! Facilities were on point, floating sauna was mind-blowing!

we had another amazing stay in kiruna and camp alta really impressed us! the cabin was clean and cozy, with everything we needed. the location by the lake was perfect for watching the auroras and the staff, especially lizel, went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable.

Heater required constant adjustment.

Best aspects were the beautiful location by the lake and the cozy cabins. The view from the cabin was breathtaking and the proximity to the lake was perfect for winter activities. The cabin itself was clean and comfortable, with all necessary amenities. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

The lack of cleanliness in the communal bathrooms and the inconvenience of not having WiFi in the cabins. not having WiFi in the cabins made it difficult to stay connected and plan activities.
